A night-economy pilot plan, "Del Escenario a la Ciudad" (From the Stage to the City), will offer discounts at 45 bars, restaurants and shops in Barrio Italia and Plaza Ñuñoa to people who show their ticket to Iron Maiden's concerts on Saturday, October 31, and Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Santiago's Estadio Nacional. It is driven by the Association of Entertainment and Culture Companies (Agepec), Corfo's PTI Santiago Urbano program and the Undersecretariat of Tourism, La Tercera reported on October 29.
The idea is that the crowd at big events does not head straight home but eats, has a drink and explores the neighborhoods near the stadium before and after the show. The pilot starts in two neighborhoods and aims to add other areas and districts over time.

Iron Maiden's two concerts, part of the Run For Your Lives World Tour, are scheduled for 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, and Sunday, November 1. Santiago's Metro will extend its hours at some stations on lines 3, 5 and 6: until 12:30 a.m. on Saturday and until midnight on Sunday, with stations set aside for entry and others for exit, according to El Mostrador and Metro's announcement.
| Day | Concert | Metro (selected stations on L3, L5 and L6) |
|---|---|---|
| Saturday, October 31 | 9:00 p.m., Estadio Nacional | Until 12:30 a.m. |
| Sunday, November 1 | 9:00 p.m., Estadio Nacional | Until midnight |
Both days are public holidays in Chile (Evangelical and Protestant Churches Day and All Saints' Day), but not mandatory-closure holidays, so shops may open. Watch the weather: rain is expected in Santiago that weekend, as we explain in the forecast for travelers.

Undersecretary of Tourism María Paz Lagos told La Tercera that the Santiago Metropolitan Region received about 2.3 million foreign tourists in 2025 and that, according to surveys, one in three enjoys nightlife. "We want those who come to a concert or a show to also stay to discover the neighborhoods and go out to eat," she said. She also mentioned the Tourism Labor Statute, under discussion, which seeks to give restaurants and tourism services more flexible hours to meet night-time demand.
